Shipping and Handling

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated and applied to your order during your check out process.  All shipping calculations are estimates and may be adjusted prior to finalizing your order. Most orders will ship by UPS standard ground delivery. In some cases an alternative carrier will be used to ensure timely delivery of your products. Quantity discounts related to shipping will be applied at the time of shipment.

Delivery Schedule

Most orders for stock items received before noon, Central Times will ship the same day. We will provide an estimated ship date for non-stock or out of stock items, and custom manufactured and printed items upon order approval. As a general rule, allow 7-10 working days for repeat label items.

Tax Charges

Items intended for wholesale use, or for use as part of a further manufactured product or process are shipped tax-free. Customer documentation of use may be required.

Warranty

All merchandise comes with a money back guarantee against material defects and workmanship. Manufacturer’s warranties also may apply. A “Letter of Guarantee” regarding the suitability of materials for direct and indirect food contact in accordance with USDA and FDA guidelines is available upon request. All printed items require a signed customer proof, prior to manufacturing.

Returns Policy

Stock items may be returned for credit within thirty days, minus shipping charges. The items must be unopened in the original packaging.  We cannot accept returns of special order, custom printed, or custom manufactured items for any reason other than material defects or printer errors.   To return your order for any reason, you must call 773-489-6520 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
